Strengthening your composure requires an ability to observe your thoughts, mood, and behaviours without judgement. This happens to be one of the most important skills we can develop when it comes to managing our stress and acknowledging our potential.

This module will provide you with strategies and activities to help manage your stress and regulate your emotions, helping you to stay calm and in control!

Week 5 – Reasoning and resourcefulness.

We can be confronted with a challenge and not know where to start. By being resourceful, we enable ourselves to problem-solve and think through the stress associated with the challenge.

This module opens us up to resourcefulness, problem solving and thinking through the stress, strengthening our critical thinking skills and proactiveness.

Week 6 – Getting back up and starting again.
